A new, exciting and thrilling phase of life is now beginning for your child and also for you. We want to make this successful for your child, for you and for us. The basis for your child to feel comfortable and secure with us is a trusting relationship with us teachers.

After a successful COMMON INTRODUCTION PHASE, you can leave your child to us with a good feeling.

You remain the most important caregiver in your child's life.


adjustment period:

For us, the well-being of the child comes first. Therefore, a respectful and sensitive acclimatization is a basic requirement for well-being. A child's adjustment period is a joint task and requires sufficient time for the educators and parents. For this reason, we ask you to read our acclimatization concept carefully. Cooperation during the acclimatization process is urgently needed for the well-being of your child and is therefore obligatory for you as parents!


Guidelines for your behavior during the acclimatization phase and for your behavior in the group

The first two days you will only stay in the group with your child for 2-3 hours. Discover the group room and the activity material on offer together with him. You are also welcome to play with your child. The primary caregiver will attempt to contact the child.
Do not push your child to move away from you and always accept them when they seek contact with you. Respond to your child's cues as you always do at home. Please switch off your mobile phone in kindergarten so that you can concentrate fully on your child.
On the third day you slowly withdraw from what is happening in the group and may be sent away for a short time (10-15 minutes) by the teachers.
Depending on the phase of the child, say goodbye to your child in the morning and come in the first week at 11:30 a.m. at the beginning of the pick-up time. Once your child has settled in, it can stay in the kindergarten for the booked time.

In the garden and in the exercise room, children can also play independently and on their own responsibility without a supervisor once they have internalized the rules. The rules are worked out and set with the children beforehand.
Short walks are also carried out without prior notice, so please always have weather-appropriate clothing with you.
The children choose in the morning in which area they want to learn, play and work.

Group room as a functional space
IMeals (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack) take place in the group room. The children learn about different foods and how to deal with them. They can practice using a sharp knife, learn how to set up their own dining area and eat with a knife and fork. When eating together, social interaction is encouraged and the children practice sharing and putting together a healthy meal. Your child learns to perceive himself and his body (e.g. can I still do so much?) and table manners.
They can then select educational areas in the group room and work independently. Here the children have various board and table games as well as puzzles at their disposal. You learn to deal with challenges and to master them. They take responsibility for themselves and other children and practice restraint, consideration and helpfulness as well as perseverance and concentration. We provide the children with various, varied activity trays, where they can learn how to handle and handle quantities, materials and containers and try out pouring, pouring and spooning.


creative space
In the creative area, the children learn how to use a pen, scissors, glue, paste and adhesive tape. We offer all children different pens, watercolors, finger paints, stamp colors, wax crayons, chalk,... and materials such as photo cardboard, construction paper, toilet rolls, buttons, different closures, yoghurt cups, modeling clay, sand... to experiment with. We show them different techniques like crunching, tearing, tingling, squirting…. and thus promote creativity, imagination, imagination, concentration, fine motor skills, endurance and much more.






Role play area/book corner
When it comes to role-playing, there are no limits to the children's imagination. The area promotes language and expression skills, dealing with conflicts, consideration, the entire area of social behavior. In puppet shows, the children often think about different actions or act them out. They slip into other roles, choose them and stick to them. They also learn to process and reduce experiences and fears. You learn to abide by rules and understand why they are so important. The role-playing area changes according to the children's interests (doctor's corner, hairdresser, fire station...)
The focus here is on language interaction. A varied selection of books is available to promote this. The book corner is connected to the role-playing area, allowing you to transfer what you read into your game.


construction area
In the construction area, which is located in the next room to the group room, the children experiment with various construction materials such as duplo bricks, magnetic plates, wooden trains, marble trains.... Through this they develop into little master builders. Here, too, they learn sharing, consideration, perseverance, perseverance, imagination and concentration.

movement space
The exercise room is freely available to the children. Under supervision, the children learn how to use various gymnastics equipment and materials. They promote heart and circulation, stimulate the metabolism, improve endurance and posture, strengthen muscles and bones, stimulate balance and promote movement and dexterity as well as perception and reaction.
The children get to know their own body and thus themselves. They learn to play with and against each other, to agree, to give in and to assert themselves. You create something with your body (e.g. dance, roll forward...) You experience feelings such as joy, desire, frustration, energy or exhaustion and also how to deal with them. Enduring and accepting victories and defeats is another learning process and development step that this space has to offer.
In the exercise room, up to 6 children can play without permanent supervision after consultation and compliance with the rules that have been developed.



burrow
Since March 21, a new room for the children has been created in the basement. Here, accompanied by a specialist, they can learn in a relaxed and focused manner.
Using Montessori materials, the willingness to learn independently is required and encouraged.


Garden
In the garden, the children can gain many new experiences and experience being "outside". They come into contact with the seasons and don't let raindrops stop them from pursuing their desire to romp, climb and catch. The movement also allows them to test their limits and estimate distances and speeds. You will learn how to deal with natural materials (wood, sand, earth, water...) and new knowledge about nature and the diversity of plants and animals. They promote their gross and fine motor skills, language and consideration. The children practice dressing and undressing and what do I need in which weather.
